PuFF - Seniors Walking Program
Are you an older resident of Shepparton who would like to walk but are uncomfortable walking alone?
PuFF is a walking program for seniors who can participate in an accompanied walk from the Shepparton Sports Stadium.
Walkers meet at the stadium three mornings a week (Monday to Wednesday) and then set off for a 30 minute walk around the northern streets.
Walkers return to the stadium to share a nutritional breakfast and chat.
There are some essential conditions that must be met before joining the program.
